    It is a new concept in officing and services, allowing the immediate establishment of companies, freelance workers and other professionals looking for a place with the infrastructure to develop their business activities without having the financial obligations that come with a conventional office.


    It's an established office space with many services available, allowing the client to be there only when necessary.

    It is composed by the following services: personalized phone answering service, exclusive mailbox for post and parcels, business address to be used in all marketing materials (business cards, folders, stationery), and even using the address for fiscal purposes, establishing the firm in one of DBC's addresses, on Paulista or Berrini Avenues.

    The virtual client is also able to use every service and space available in the service centers in any DBC unit, whenever they need a place to host a meeting with their clients, partners and suppliers.


    Any kind of company, freelance workers, commercial representatives, unions, associations and organizations, among others.


    You just have to contact one of our representatives and schedule a visit to see the building, the services, the rooms and everything we are prepared to provide.

    If you have all the necessary documents, a contract between you and DBC can be signed immediately.


    Required documents (it should be a certified copy if sent by mail)

    Private individual

    ID documents; Proof of residence (such as power or phone bills, bank statements); Business Sector; marital status documents.

    Legal person

    Articles of incorporation; State and city registration; phone number; Business Sector; Proof of residence in name of the company (such as power or phone bills, bank statements); Identification documents of the signing partners.


    It will depend on which package you have chosen. This amount will appear in the contract signed with DBC.

    For all the optional services provided by DBC's staff, associates and suppliers, whether it's the post office, ticket purchase, telephony, hotel bookings, there will be an administrative fee for 15% their value.


    Besides the services in the package your company has acquired, the other services included are: complimentary water and coffee on DBC's facilities and in the offices; client reception; fax and internet access management; voice and data networking; help-desk; maintenance and cleaning services; wireless and broadband internet access.


    The regular work hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 10PM.

    The administrative support services, catering and maintenance hours are from 8:30AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday, except for holidays, but the client may use the facilities 24 hours a day.

    In exceptional occasions we can provide our services on weekends.

    There will be an additional fee for overtime services, charged according to our price table.


    The minimum duration is three months after the signing of the contract. There is no maximum contract duration.


    For Corporate clients (those who use the facilities) the mail is forwarded directly to the rooms they are occupying at the time.

    For Virtual clients, the mail handling services consist in receiving and storing the sent materials in an exclusive mailbox. The handling is performed by DBC staff and the client must pick up their own mail.

    Alternatively DBC can send the mailbox content to an address designated by the client, through a courier or the regular post. In this case, costs are added to the following month invoice.


    Our receptionists answer the calls and forward the messages to the client in real time, via e-mail.

    For Personalized package clients (exclusive phone) the phone is answered in the name of the client's company and according to their instructions. Our receptionist will take the calls and can immediately forward them to the number specified by the client – mobile, home or others - anywhere in the world, or take the messages and forward them to the client in real time, via e-mail. Besides that, the client may remotely access its voicemail, 24 hours a day.


    Yes, although we advise you to book them in advance to avoid availability problems.


    DBC's units have rooms in different sizes and configurations that can easily be adapted to your company's needs. The smart offices at DBC may have their areas and layouts tailored exclusively for the client's needs.

    Our contracts are flexible, allowing the client to make any changes necessary, expanding or reducing their work spaces.
